So my little bean had her first time on a horse today! Like mommy, like daughter! She wasn't so sure about petting big ole Mythrander but she sure didn't mind a bit sitting on him! We went and had lunch with my good friend, Montgomery, since she was in town on break from school and we hadn't seen each other in so long. It was so much fun, and I hope we are able to get together again before she goes back. Anyways, after lunch we went to see her horse Mythrander at the barn she keeps him at when she comes home from school. I've known Myth for gosh at least 6 years now and he is an absolute sweetheart. Averi just loved sitting in her stroller watching all the horses (and barn cats!), she was so good while I rode Myth. Of course, I had to document the exciting first day my baby got on her first horse, and don't you worry, this is only the beginning of her riding career! She will be following in her Mama's footsteps!
Her sock was slipping off which is why her foot looks strange!
Needless to say, we had a blast! Now for a few pictures I took yesterday. Averi only let me snap for so long before she had enough, hence why there aren't too many good ones. That's okay, some are better than none!
This is totally the "David pose".
That's all the pictures for now! I'll have a ton more after this weekend, it is going to be a busy one. I am so looking forward to it, though! Bonnie will be coming in tomorrow and then on Saturday we are going to Belle Saison with all my other lovely ladies so they can try on bridesmaid dresses! So exciting! Not only that but immediately after, we are going to the Bridal Extravaganza! And then Engaged in Austin, which is another bridal show, on Sunday. It is so motivating to be getting things checked off the never-ending wedding to-do list! And, I got the call that my dress will be here on April 15th, my veil in March, and my headpiece in February! Ahhh! It's really setting in, I'm getting married, and couldn't be happier! Okay, i'm off to bed now! Gotta get up early. See you all next update!
-Love to you all-
